Sales/Deposit/Final Payment
Your order is NOT confirmed until your payment is received. Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent in order to secure the date (This does not apply to wedding cakes and custom celebration cakes). Your order will be canceled & your date may become unavailable in the event your deposit is not received within 24 hours. All payments are made via invoice and/or website. No cash or checks are accepted. Royal C Treats reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Order Timing
All orders require a two week notice. If our schedule allows, we try to accommodate rush orders (orders placed less than 2 weeks prior) at an additional fee.
Pickup/Delivery
All products are the responsibility of the client once they leave the possession of Royal C Treats. Upon the collection/delivery of an order, the products will be deemed as accepted by the client.
For pick up orders:
We package our bakes as securely as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for the quality of your driving or the driving of anyone collecting your bakes. If goods are damaged during their transport, any damages or loss are your responsibility. It is essential to uphold any agreed-upon schedule. Kindly arrange your pickup time accordingly. Should you require an earlier pickup than initially planned, please promptly get in touch with Royal C Treats. Please note that an earlier pickup time might not be feasible. Instances of delayed pickups without prior notification will result in a $40 tardiness charge.
For Delivery Orders:
Delivery & setup fees vary by location. Delivery and setup are required for all wedding cakes and for some multiple tier special occasion cakes.
Cancellations/Changes
All cake design changes must be provided in writing via Email only and are subject to availability and approval by Royal C Treats. Any change requests cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges (Products with changes must be of equal price or above the original product price). Additional charges will be sent via invoice and payment is required upon receipt.
There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, so please ensure you are ready to commit before making your payment.
Should your event be postponed, please notify us immediately with the date change via email.
